The electrical department, beyond the design engineering works, has capacity to install separate electrical and instrumentation works and for start-up and maintenance activities experienced to lead electrical main contracting projects, either based on own or received design.
The designing works are supported by modern hardware and software tools.
Like CADMATIC to provide P+ID-s, pipe layouts and isometric drawings, as well as summarized list of piping materials.
The company has own developed softwares for strength calculation of vessels according to MSZ, ASME, API 620 and 650, BS 5500, AD-Merkblatt, PNAE G-7-002-86 regulations.
We use TRIFLEX also for stress analysis of pipe systems, CHEMCAD for technological calculations, ARCHITEC for civil design and drawings, AXIS-3D for static calculations of buildings, and structures and XSTEEL for design and drawing of steel structure. The other drawings are made on AutoCAD basis.
The professional staff with considerable experiences can utilize the advantages of the used softwares with good efficiency.
According to the earlier references VEGYTERV is ready to implement the designed works as a main contractor too.
